3/31/2009 ESP for new commercial vehicles a Must European Union introducing obbligatory ESP systems for new vehicles In order to guarantee major safety on European roads, the European Parliament has approved a disposition which makes the installation of standard ESP systems obbligatory for new vehicles (private, commercial, buses...) starting from 2011.
